Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 4.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 11, 2013, at around 21:50, the Defendant driven B-car in the state of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.189% from the 300m section from the Gangnam-gu Seoul Northern Police Station to the front road of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Northern Police Station.
