Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to the same-sex disorder in the military.

1. On April 19, 2013, around 20:38, the Defendant: (a) committed assault to the head of Gangseo-gu Seoul Northern Police Station C division, who was working for guidance, without any justifiable reason, and interfered with the execution of duties of the head of the police station D, who was working for a legitimate reason, by assaulting him/her, such as: (b) whether he/she would have been playing for a democratic police; (c) he/she she would have kids; and (d) having his/her chest four times, with his/her hand.

2. On April 23, 2013, at around 22:15, the Defendant 2013, at the F box located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Northern-gu E, the Defendant took a bath to a police officer, putting him/her on a stick, and obstructed the performance of his/her duties by assaulting him/her on his/her hand, such as walking his/her leg, walking his/her leg, and her booming his/her buck with her hand, thereby interfering with the performance of duties of G where he/she works properly.
