Punishment of the crime

around 05:00 on October 30, 2013, the Defendant took a bath to the auxiliary police officer C (the age of 23) who is a victim working at the Gangseo-gu Seoul Northern Police Station, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, 415-15 (hereinafter referred to as the "criminal charge") and obstructed legitimate performance of official duties by force, on the ground that the victim solicits him/her to return home and prevented him/her from having access.
