1. Basic facts

A. On December 4, 2008 and November 24, 2009, the Defendant concluded each insurance contract (hereinafter “instant No. 1 insurance contract”) entered in the separate sheet, which contains the content that guarantees daily allowances in the event of injury or disease by making himself/herself the insured as the insured, and entered into the insurance contract (hereinafter “instant No. 2 insurance contract”) on November 24, 2009, including the content that guarantees daily allowances in the event of injury or disease by making himself/herself as the insured, and entered into the said two insurance contracts together (hereinafter “each of the instant insurance contracts”).

B. From September 6, 2010 to August 30, 2014, the Defendant hospitalized the Defendant for 383 days in total as follows: (a) from September 6, 2010 to August 30, 2014.
