Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On September 26, 2008, the Plaintiff concluded the instant insurance contract with Defendant A and the insured as Defendant B.
B. After the conclusion of the instant insurance contract, Defendant B received hospitalized treatment for a total of 362 days under the diagnosis of protruding disability, hepatitis, food infection, present donation, spathrosis, diseases, etc. from December 1, 2008 to August 20, 2016, and received insurance proceeds of KRW 34,971,585 from the Plaintiff based on the instant insurance contract.
