The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged in this case C is the driver of the freight vehicle D5 tons, and the defendant is the owner of the above vehicle.

A. In order to preserve the structure of roads around 23:38 on August 5, 199 and prevent the danger of operation, the Defendant violated the restriction on the operation of the vehicle by the road management authority by driving the lock in front of the lock in the Daegu direction of 79.1 km from the mother line, the Defendant’s employee, in violation of the restriction on operation of the said 11.1 ton of the 10 ton of the 10 ton of the 10 ton of the 10 ton of the 10 ton of the 10.1 ton of the 10 ton of the 10 ton of the 40 ton of the 10 ton of the 10 ton of the 10 ton of the 10 ton of the 10 to the 1.1 ton of the 10 to operate the vehicle.

B. On August 20, 2003, the Defendant violated the restriction on the vehicle operation of the road management authority by operating the above cargo vehicle with a weight exceeding 11.6 tons of a limited weight exceeding 10 tons in light of the provisions of Article 54 of the Road Act and Article 28-3 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act in order to preserve the structure of the road and prevent any danger to the operation of the road at around 20:00 on August 20, 200, in accordance with the provisions of Article 54 of the Road Act and Article 28-3 of the same Decree.

2. As to each of the facts charged in this case, the public prosecutor shall institute a public prosecution by applying the provision of Article 86 of the former Road Act (amended by Act No. 4920 of Jan. 5, 1995, and amended by Act No. 7832 of Dec. 30, 2005) that "if an agent, employee or other worker of a corporation commits a violation under Article 83 (1) 2 in connection with the business of the corporation, the corporation shall also be punished by a fine under the corresponding Article."
