The defendant is innocent.
Reasons
1. As to the facts charged, each of the following employees committed the following offenses. A.
A, on June 1, 2001, around 10:50 tons of a stable weight, 10 tons of gross weight, and 40 tons or more of a vehicle in total weight, had been loaded over 12.9 tons of a reduced weight, i.e., 10 tons of a reduced weight, and operated over 2.9 tons of a reduced weight, i.e., 10 tons of a reduced weight, by putting an excessive weight on B 15 tons of a 12.9 tons of a small weight at the 86th line located at the New Year-ri, New Year-ri.
B. On August 10, 2004, C around 11:13, around 2004, around 26.9 kilometers in the direction-setting station for the departure from the port of the main road of the Seoul metropolitan area, the roads were restricted by vehicle traffic exceeding 10 tons and gross weight 40 tons, but D pair 11.5 tons truck was loaded at the 2 axis and operated in excess of 1.09 tons.
