The defendant shall be innocent.

1. On November 8, 2001, the Defendant, an employee of the Defendant, violated the restriction on operation by loading more than 2.16 tons, 11.70 tons, 2.16 tons at the 2nd, 3rd and 1.70 tons of each of the vehicles loaded at the 2nd, 2nd, 3rd and over 2.16 tons of the 2nd, 16th and 11.70 tons of the 2nd, in order to preserve the structure of the road as a B driver at the examination room for the control of vehicles in transit on the street side of the Docheon-dong-dong-dong, Seocheon-dong, Seocheon-do, and to prevent any danger to traffic.

(2013No. 89) On November 8, 2001, the Defendant, an employee of C, was in violation of the restriction on operation by loading more than 2.54 tons of the said vehicle loaded at the 2 axis, 2.54 tons, on the road where it is limited to 10 tons of a stable, 10 tons of gross weight, and 40 tons or more, in order to preserve the structure of the road as D vehicle drivers at the control station of the vehicles moving-restricted on the street adjacent to Dong-dong, Seocheon-dong, Seocheon-dong, Dong-dong, and to prevent any danger to traffic

(2013 Godan90) The Defendant, an employee of the Defendant, on January 18, 199, limited the 10 tons of total weight, 40 tons, height, 4m, and 2.5m width from the axis to preserve the structure of the road as F vehicle drivers and to prevent the danger of traffic, at the Bupyeong Dong-ri movement site and the vehicle control inspection station of Gyeyang-Eup, Seoyang-do, 199.18.18.18.18.18.20 tons of the above vehicle, the Defendant, despite the limitation on the 10 tons of total weight, 40 tons, 12.40 tons and 11.90 tons of the vehicle, was loaded at the 3 axis and the 4 axis,

(2013 Height91) On July 12, 1999, the Defendant, an employee of G, operated the vehicle in excess of 10 tons, total weight of 40 tons, height of 4m, and 2.5m wide, with the aim of preserving the structure of the road and preventing any danger to traffic, at the control station of the vehicle moving-restricted in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on July 12, 199. However, the Defendant limited the 10 tons, total weight of 40 tons, height of 4m, and width of 2.5m, the said vehicle loaded the 11.20 tons, 11.20 tons, and 1.95 tons, respectively.

(2013 Mano92) The Defendant, an employee of C, has the structure of the road from 17 April 17, 199 to 1 vehicle driver at the Mancheon-si, Mancheon-si, Mancheon-gun, Seoul.
