Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act, as the site warden of the C bank maintenance and improvement works performed by a company, and the person who intends to excavate or excavate a road in compliance with the order of the road management agency or the agency executing the construction works, shall report the date and time of the works, the section of the construction, the period of construction, the method of construction, and other necessary matters to the head of the competent police station three days prior to the execution of the construction works.
