Defendant
B was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for gambling at the Seoul Northern District Court on May 16, 1997, and on January 3, 2003, sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for habitual gambling at the Seoul Eastern District Court on October 14, 2004, sentenced to a suspended sentence of eight months for violating the Korean Racing Association Act at the Suwon District Court on October 14, 2004, sentenced to a suspended sentence of eight months for gambling, sentenced to a suspended sentence of three million won for gambling by the Seoul Western District Court on July 27, 2010, and was issued by the Seoul Western District Court on December 13, 2012.
1. Defendant A and Defendant B
A. On November 11, 2013, from around 02:00 to 20:00 of the same day, the Defendants, along with F, G, H (the summary indictment on the same day), and I (the investigation), exchanged the card three times after having received four cards using card 52, and exchanged the card on three occasions at the Gu’s dwelling from around 02:00 to from around 20:00 of the same day, the Defendants 101 to 1302 of the Gu’s J apartment house 101 to 20:00 of the same day.
B. On November 18, 2013, from around 02:00 to 20:00, the Defendants, along with F, L, K (a summary indictment on the same day), and I, did so in the above K’s residence, and carried out gambling, namely, “baldine” in the above manner.

2. Defendant A
A. At around 03:20 on November 21, 2013, the Defendant suspected that the victim was spam and spambling in gambling as described in paragraph (1) at the residence of the above victim K, and found the victim together with F, G, and L that he spamed together at the time, and caused disputes with the victim, the Defendant spamed with the victim at the same time. On the hand, the Defendant spamed the victim’s face one time with the victim’s head knife and knife the victim’s head knife with the victim’s head knife, and knife the victim’s head knife.
