1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From around 19:00 on May 18, 2012 to around 03:00 on the following day, Defendant D, G, Defendant H, and the J Defendants ambling the 5,00 won each at the OM 7:07 room located in Busan YY N from May 18, 2012, and distributed the card 5,000 won each by using the card 52, and distributed the card 1,500 won each at the time of altering the card 1,50 times in a way that they bring about the winners by a swimming-rating method.
2. Defendant D, Defendant G, and Defendant J: (a) from around 20:00 to around 01:00 on May 19, 2012, the same place as the preceding paragraph; (b) from around 52 to around 01:00 on each of the 5,00 won and distributed a four card; and (c) each of the 5,000 won and then, at each time when the card was altered, each of the 1,000 won and the 1,000 card was changed by a grass-rating method and brought about the winners on each of the 1,00 occasions.
3. From May 24, 2012 to around 17:00 on May 24, 2012, Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant F, Defendant G, Defendant H, Defendant H, Defendant A, and Defendant I met with the gambling room that was opened by Defendant A on the third floor in Busan Shipping Daegu Q from around 03:0 to around 00, each of the 5,000 won via the card and distributed the four copies of the card, and then, each of the 100 hours in the form of a grass-rating method to bring about the winners.
4. Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C’s co-principal at the same place as before May 25, 2012, at around 03:00, at the same time and at the same time as the preceding paragraph, the victim I, who lost money, loaned the amount of KRW 8 million for gambling from Defendant A to return home, but attempted to lose the said money, and the Defendant A cannot send the money without using a written waiver of the BMW car while putting the victim I while taking a bath view.
