Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a passenger car in CM520.

On June 28, 2018, the Defendant driving a car for the above SM520 around 09:08, and driving a two-lane road in front of the Seoul Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D in front of the direction to a two-lane, moving by right from the room to a two-lane, and changed the course to a one-lane.
