A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service with BK5 passengers in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On May 12, 2018, the Defendant driven the above vehicle during the suspension period of driver's license at around 05:50 on May 12, 2018, and changed the course to the four-lane road in front of Incheon Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, at a speed of about 40km at a speed of about 40km from the offside of operation.
