A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 23, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Daegu District Court on December 1, 2017, which became final and conclusive on December 1, 2017.
