Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Part of the facts charged within the scope recognized. On June 12, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on March 10, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on March 10, 201, and on June 10, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Sungnam branch of the Suwon District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 28, 2013.
