A. The status of the parties 1) Defendant New Card Co., Ltd. (former Han Card Co., Ltd. takes over the entire credit card business from the old Han Card Co., Ltd. on October 1, 2007 and changes to the current trade name) , Samsung Card Co., Ltd., Hyundai Card Co., Ltd., Hyundai Card Co., Ltd., Hyundai Card Co., Ltd., Ltd. (former Han Card Co., Ltd. transferred all of the credit card business to the old El Card Co., Ltd. on October 1, 2007 and changed to the current trade name) , Han-Korean Exchange Bank, Hank Bank, KB Card Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., which is the legal profession of the National Bank of Korea Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Go Card Co., Ltd.”), Defendant Samsung Card Co., Ltd., Ltd., Defendant Samsung Card Co., Ltd., Ltd., Defendant Samsung Card Co., Ltd., Ltd., Defendant Hyundai Card Co., Ltd., Defendant Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd.

Under Article 2 of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, companies engaged in the settlement of payments related to the use of credit cards, issuance and management of credit cards, etc. under the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act (hereinafter “Fair Trade Act”).

(2) Defendant Korea Information and Communications Co., Ltd., KSnet Co., Ltd., Simba data Korea Ltd. (mergers with Korea Embaves Korea Co., Ltd.), age information and communications, smart lines Co., Ltd., Ltd., Korea Credit Card Settlement Co., Ltd., Co., Ltd., Co., Ltd., Ltd., Co., Ltd., Ltd., and the Financial Settlement Board (hereinafter “Financial Settlement Board”) established pursuant to Telecommunications Business Act leased telecommunications line facilities from key telecommunications business operators under the Telecommunications Business Act.
