1. The Defendants: (a) each of the plaintiffs A was 40,395,413 won, and (b) were 35,316,372 won and each of the said money.

A. The position of the parties (1) The defendant New Card Co., Ltd. (former Han Card Co., Ltd. transferred the entire credit card business from the old Shin Card Co., Ltd. on Oct. 1, 2007 and changed the current trade name to the current one), the defendant KB Card Co., Ltd. (the defendant KB Card Co., Ltd. was divided into the National Bank on Mar. 2, 2011), Samsung Card Co., Ltd., Hyundai Card Co., Ltd., Hyundai Card Co., Ltd., Ltd., Hyundai Card Co., Ltd., Ltd., Hyundai Card Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., and SPPC Ltd. (former Card Co., Ltd. transferred all of the credit card business to the former El Card Co., Ltd. on Oct. 1, 2007 and changed its current trade name to the current one). The payment constitutes both the defendant’s credit card companies’s use and management based on Article 2 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act (hereinafter “the Fair Trade Act”).

(2) Defendant Korea Information and Communications Co., Ltd., KSnet, Snet Korea Co., Ltd. (a merger of Korea Embaccom Entertainment Korea Co., Ltd. with its trade name changed from Korea Embactain service Co., Ltd.), age information and communications Co., Ltd., Smart Road Co., Ltd., Ltd., Korea Credit Card Settlement Co., Ltd., Ltd., Co., Ltd., Ltd., Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Doknet (formerly changed, Co., Ltd.), and Financial Settlement Board of Korea Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., “Defendant Korea Information and Communications,” and “Defendant,” respectively, and “Defendant,” respectively.
