Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief on January 1, 201, the Defendant stolen the victim’s resident registration certificate, which was in the victim’s btel 402, Seodaemun-gu Seoul Western 2tel 18:20, in the Defendant’s residence, and used the victim’s her son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son and her son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son

2. Forgery of private documents, uttering of falsified investigation documents, and violation of the Resident Registration Act.

A. On February 2, 2010, the Defendant: (a) opened a smartphone (number D) at the gallon store located in the northwest-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul; (b) proposed the resident registration certificate of Samsung L, currently used by the Defendant; and (c) stated the name “C”, resident registration number “E”, etc. in the customer column of the application for subscription to a new service contract and a contract for the purchase and sale of terminal devices; and (d) signed “C” in the signature column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged each of the service contracts in the above name C and the service installment contract in the above name, which are private documents concerning rights and obligations without authority, and issued the above forged documents to the above store's employee's name in fact as if they were the documents prepared in a genuine manner, and exercised the above investigation documents, and presented the above C's resident registration certificate under the name of the Msan market, which is the official document in possession, as if they were the Defendant's resident registration certificate.

B. At around 15:00 on May 16, 201, the Defendant presented a stolen C’s resident registration certificate at an enterprise bank, 327-1 IBK, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, by opening a “F” account for benefit of a bank bank, and offered the same as the foregoing paragraph 1, and forged each of the above C’s bank transaction statement and physical card application, which is a private document pertaining to rights and obligations, without authority, for the purpose of exercising the said right and obligations in the above manner, and, in other words, issued the above forged document to the above bank’s employee’s name as if the document was duly prepared.
