A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Counterfeiting a private signature and exercising a signature on the investigation;

A. On March 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) had F, without authority, arbitrarily sign E in the column of the applicant for entry by KT mobile phone; (b) forged E’s signature; and (c) presented the said application to a light information and communications employee (ju) who is aware of the fact that he/she was not in receipt of a request for entry from E in the office D office of the C underground shopping mall; and (d) exercised his/her signature by presenting it to F, without authority, for the purpose of exercising the fact that he/she was in receipt of a request for entry from E.

B. On March 11, 2014, the Defendant, without authority, allowed F to arbitrarily sign G in the column of the person joining the application for entry of KT mobile phone and forged G’s signature, and exercised the signature of forged G by presenting the said application form in the name of G to the employee of the light information and communication company (state) who was aware of the fact that he/she received the request for entry of the mobile phone from G at the above D office.

On March 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) had F, without authority, arbitrarily sign H in the column of the person joining the application for entry of KT mobile phone; (b) forged H’s signature; and (c) exercised H’s signature by presenting the written application for entry under the name of H to the light information and communication employee who was aware of the fact.

2. Fraud;

A. On March 6, 2014, the Defendant presented a mobile phone entry application in the name of E, which was forged, in the office of light information and communication, located at the Government-si, 693-2, Dong-dong, as above, to the victim information and communication in connection with the two KT, and submitted it to the victim information and communication in which the application was duly completed, and one cell phone equivalent to 814,000 won in the market price and one cell phone equivalent to 79,700 won in the market price from the damaged person.
