Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 5, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 7 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Changwon District Court Jinwon Branch on March 5, 2013, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million by the same court on July 16, 2014.

On May 26, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol leveling to 0.073% from blood alcohol leveling around 06:00, the Defendant driven a center bandon-line bandon-line bandon-line bandon-line bandon-line bandon-line bandon-line from around 700 meters to around B’s neighboring road.

Summary of Evidence

1. Notification of the results of regulating the driving of drinking alcohol and a statement in the circumstances of the driver of drinking alcohol;

1. Article 148-2 (1) 1 and Article 44-2 (1) of the Road Traffic Act concerning facts constituting an offense;
