A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On March 17, 2014, the Defendant came to know in the Victim C (the name, fluor, 12 years old) and smartphone-making display “narcotics-making”. After transmitting the victim’s well-fluoric male photographs, pictures with large balance, etc. left the Internet, the Defendant sent them back to the victim with a view to a large number of pictures, and then asked the victim to receive the pictures by threatening the defective victims who want to refuse to carry with himself/herself.

From around 20:00 on March 19, 2014 to 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant committed abusive acts, such as sexual harassment, etc. against a child, such as sexual harassment, etc. against the victim, by threatening the victim, such as “where a photograph should be taken,” “where a photograph should be taken (if taken),” “a school”, “where a person is sent to the school”, and “whether a person is sent to the school,” and “if a person is sent, it would be the same as what he would be.”
