A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 25, 2013, the Defendant forced the Defendant to conduct hosting with the Victim C (A, 16 years of age) that was known through the “ smartphone dump dump dumping dumping dumping method”, and came to know of the name of the victim’s school, etc., the Defendant expressed the victim’s body pictures by threatening the victim to receive transmission of the victim’s body pictures.
On August 26, 2013, at around 04:00, the Defendant sent the message to the Busan Shipping Daegu D Apartment 111-dong 1602, which is the Defendant’s residence, to the Kakaox, which is the Defendant’s dwelling, and sent the message to the victim by using the message to the effect that “whether or not it would be done on the school homepage” the victim sent the message to the effect that “the victim would go on the school.” The Defendant sent the message to the effect that “the victim would go on the school homepage,” and let the frighter, who is fluent, sent the message using a photograph, such as the victim’s chest and sexual flag, 10 copies of the photograph.

2. On August 26, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Rape) sent 10 copies of pictures from the victim C on August 26, 2013, using the Kakakao Stockholm, and then put up a fluore photo transmitted to the school Internet. The Defendant sent the victim a word “I will put up a fluore photo transmitted to the school Internet.” The sexual intercourse with the Defendant would no longer communicate once.” On August 26, 2013, the Defendant threatened the victim by means of sending the word “I will no longer communicate once” and let the victim go back to the singing practice room at around 20:30, August 21, 2013, the Defendant moved to the singing practice room at around 5, 200, Busan-gu Busan, Busan, Busan, for the singing practice room at the 1st underground floor.
