A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a father of B(16 years of age) and is a father of C(15 years of age).

The defendant had a malicious evaluation of B and C on the ground that he gave birth to C.

1. The Defendant violated the Child Welfare Act (Habitual child abuse) habitually, around January 2015, and around September 9, 2018, at least one-half a week from the steel-gun D apartment E in the steel-gun, and around September 9, 2018, without any special reason, the locked, without any justifiable reason, carried his/her hand on the floor by shouldering the victim B and the victim C, with his/her knick, in the manner that the victim’s knicks the knick up on the floor, and “nicking the lives inside the knick,” and “nicking the victim’s knick, and suicide.” As such, the Defendant abused the victims’ physical health and development of the body over four years by taking advantage of the knick’s knick and the victim’s knick up on the floor.”

2. A special intimidation: (a) around 23:00 on September 2017, the Defendant: (b) expressed that the victim B was knek keleled in the Hakwon-gun D Apartment E; (c) that the victim’s face was 5 times on the hand floor; (d) that the victim’s face was 5 times in the victim’s face; and (e) caused the said C to knife the knife, which is a dangerous object from C, and threatened the victim with the knife, knife (20.5m in the knife length: 20.5m).
