Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 31, 2012, the Defendant participated in an assembly or demonstration and interfered with the passage of a vehicle for about 10 minutes from around 16:20 to around 17:30 on August 31, 2012 by participating in an assembly or demonstration on the two-way intersection of the Round in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, with approximately 8,800 participants of other assemblies, at around 17:05 on the same day, while participating in an assembly or demonstration and participating in an assembly or demonstration and providing relief outside the intersection, the Defendant interfered with the passage of a vehicle for about 10 minutes from around 16:20 on August 31, 2012 to around 17:30 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.

2. On January 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) attended the “Resolution for the Elimination and Elimination of Korean-China Industries,” which was held before the headquarters located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on January 30, 2013; (b) started front of the headquarters of the Hanjin Heavy Industries with approximately 1,300 participants in other assemblies and started driving ahead of the headquarters of the Hanjin Heavy Industries; and (c) was driving ahead of the reported scope of 17:41 on the same day to the Seoul East Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry; and (d) went ahead of the reported scope of 17:41 on January 30, 2013, the Defendant participated in the assembly and demonstration on a yearly basis with four lanes from five lanes in the direction of the running of the Samsung Heavy Bio Life, which was located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and obstructed the passage of the vehicle from around 17:05 to around 1705 minutes on January 30, 2013.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
