Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the National Democratic Trade Union Federation (one person): metal labor union D under the National Federation of Labor Unions.

1. On August 31, 2012, the Defendant: (a) attended a meeting of the “general strike resolution on the winning of the business,” held at the public-private partnership forum in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (b) around 16:13, around 16:2, around 16:36, around 16:49, around 17:00, the Defendant obstructed the passage of the vehicle from around 16:13 to 17:30 on the same day, with approximately 8,80 participants of other assemblies; and (c) around 16:2, around 16:36, around 16:49, and around 17:00 by moving along the two directions at the intersection of the land-private partnership in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul; or (d) participating in the assembly and demonstration to take part in the assembly and demonstration to the outside of the vehicle for relief.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.

2. On November 24, 2012, the Defendant: (a) participated in an assembly or demonstration at the “the fourth national conference to solve the problem of two vehicles” held in the Seoul plaza located in Tae-ro 1, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul on November 24, 2012; (b) 18:30 on the same day with approximately 80 participants; (c) 18:31 on the same day; (d) 18:32 on the 18:32 on the 18:33 on the 18:33 on the 18:34 on the 18:34 on the 18:36on the 19:02 on the 19:11 on the 1940th day of the hotel in Jung-gu, Seoul; and (e) 2 on the 19:11 on the 19:40 on the 1940th day of the hotel.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.

3. On January 30, 2013, at around 14:40, the Defendant attended the “Resolution for the Elimination of Corruption and Non-regular Workers’ Headquarters” held in front of the head office of the Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, the Defendant started the front of the head office of the Hanjin Heavy Industries with approximately 1,30 participants of other assemblies, and started the front of the head office of the Hanjin Heavy Industries, and started the operation to the “Seoul District Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Nam-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Area.” On the same day, around 16:15, around 16:16, around 16:16, around 16:19, around 16:16, around 16:16, and around 16
