Punishment of the crime

On February 23, 2016, at around 09:00, the Defendant obstructed traffic by linking 7 meters in length, and 3.6 meters in width, on the Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, which is owned by C, with wire network, piling up 10 boms, which puts sand into the surface of the road and then cut up 2.3 meters in width, and 1.3 meters in width on the road by blocking traffic by allowing vehicles, etc. to pass through the above land, which is a place public for the traffic of the general public.
