From Jun. 2, 2012 to Nov. 12, 2012, the Defendant obstructed traffic by installing a steel stuff with approximately 2.5m height of 2.5m high from Jun. 2012 to Jun. 3, 2012, which is a public place for the traffic of the general public, and is a public place with a public nature for which many and unspecified people may freely pass.
