A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

According to the above Act, the defendant is sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months at the Changwon District Court for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act on June 3, 197; seven years of imprisonment with prison labor at the same court on November 9, 1982; eight months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Northern District Court on September 11, 1989; one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the same court on December 18, 191; six months at the same court on September 15, 192; six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the same court on April 7, 1995; three years of imprisonment with prison labor at the same court on December 20, 196; and one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the same court on April 16, 196; and six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the same time for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act on April 20, 2004; and six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the same court on June 18, 20.
