A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who served as a managing warden of the Gunsan-si apartment complex from February 16, 2016 to February 28, 2017, and the victim D (n, 36 years of age) is a person who served as a general supervisor of the said apartment management office from May 1, 2016 to March 3, 2017.

1. On April 29, 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim on April 29, 2016 on the violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (by force, etc. on duty) by committing an indecent act against the victim’s victim, who was at the stage of the singing machine in the “F Singing practice place” located in Si, Gun, Si, Gun, Si, Si, Gun, Si, Gun, for the same day, while the victim and the employees of the said apartment management office were attending the meeting at the same time and at the same time engaged in personnel training with his/her employees.

2. Around August 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (accompact by force, etc. on duty) committed an indecent act by force against the Defendant by force, etc. on August 2016, 2016, when the Defendant left an office to leave the said apartment management office located on the second floor of the Gun-si, Gun-si, Si, Gun-si, in order to leave the office, the victim’s future and the victim’s own “this department”.

On September 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes; (b) on September 30, 2016, on September 21, 2016, in the “H singing room” located in G stores in the Gunsan-si G stores; (c) the Defendant, along with the employees of the said apartment management office, committed an indecent act on the part of the victim, by diversing the victim’s ties and the victim’s knick, with the victim’s kis; and (d) making the victim’s kis.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by force over three times in total.
