A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the owner of food store in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, employed the victim F (n, 27 years of age) and the victim G (n, 20 years of age) as an employee of the above restaurant, directed and supervised the victims.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes against Victims F (or by force, etc. on duty);

A. At around 19:00 on January 24, 2016, the Defendant got the victim who was working in the above “E” restaurant to the frequency of “I” located in H in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and put the Defendant’s grandchildren into the left knee and knebbbbbs.

B. On January 31, 2016, at around 00:00, the Defendant, at the above “E” restaurant, she was sleeped with the victim, who was seated adjacent to the Defendant’s son by hand while drinking boomed with the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act twice by force against the victim under the direction and supervision of the Defendant.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes against Victims G (or by force, etc. on duty);

A. On March 12, 2016, around 20:00, the Defendant used the victim’s bucks and bucks, etc. in his/her hand, with the victim who was seated in the above “E food holdrs.”

B. On March 14, 2016 through March 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) taken the victim from the table of food “E” that was around 19:00 on March 15, 2016; (b) taken the victim on the side of the Defendant’s body; and (c) left the victim’s boom with the Defendant’s arms.

around 01:10 on March 16, 2016, the Defendant put the victim's hand into the family money of the Defendant by taking the victim's hand in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City to make a meeting with the victim.

around 02:00 on March 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00, around the above “E” food; (b) around the toilet, the Defendant am her arm’s length, her part, and her part, her part.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act four times by force against the victim under the direction and supervision of the Defendant.
