A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

During the tax history, the defendant was a person operating a A-Tax Accounting Office in the Gu B, the victim C (V, 21 years of age) and D (V, 27 years of age) were a person working as an employee of the above Tax Accounting Office, and the defendant was in the position of managing and accompanying the victims of occupational affairs.
