The sentence of each sentence against the Defendants shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are former officers of “D”.

1. At around 09:48 on March 28, 2013, Defendant A posted false information on the victim E, the chairperson of the above organization, on the Internet bulletin board, in order to impair the reputation of the victim by posting the false information on the details of the management and operation of membership fees, etc., and on the D website (F) free bulletin board, the president accepted a simple receipt as follows: (i) where: (ii) where the Plaintiff was aware of the fact that the Plaintiff, who was the chairperson of the above organization, was using only the minimum cost of settlement of membership fees and misleads the Plaintiff; and (iii) where he/she was aware that the Plaintiff was unable to pay money by gathering money from the members who were living together with the Plaintiff’s money, and (iv) where he/she was aware of the disclosure of the membership fees, and (iv) where he/she was aware of the fact that he/she was aware of the fact that he/she had to be aware of the fact that he/she had to be aware of the fact that he/she would be a company that would be subject to de de facto.

However, the Defendant, as an auditor of the above organization, failed to conduct an audit on the ground that the above G did not give a copy of the audit and did not properly make preparations. However, the Defendant received a detailed statement from the victim, but did not discover or confirm data that the victim submitted a simplified receipt or embezzled membership fees.

Nevertheless, the Defendant revealed publicly false information through the information and communications network for the purpose of slandering the victim, thereby impairing the honor of the victim.

2. At around 11:49 on March 17, 2013, Defendant B: (a) posted false information on the victim E, the president of the said organization, on the Internet bulletin board of the said organization, to impair the honor of the victim; and (b) deleted the words “E on the D website (F) free bulletin board” under the real name.
