1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 91,576,940 and KRW 82,501,760 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 91,576,940 from October 5, 2012, and KRW 9,075,180.

1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the whole purport of the pleading in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, 6, 7, 9, and Eul evidence Nos. 1, 2, 8 through 13, and 16 (including paper numbers; hereinafter the same shall apply):

The relationship between the parties and the organization of the plaintiff church (1) is a branch church belonging to the Seoul Western Council of the A Religious Organization (hereinafter referred to as the "General Assembly" or the "Clerical Council"), and the defendant, from March 1984 to February 29, 2009, was in office as a member of the plaintiff church and was dismissed from the office around February 29, 2015, again in office as the representative director of the plaintiff church on September 29, 2015.

(2) The plaintiff church has the following organizations, and its composition and authority are as follows:

(A) A church: According to the rules of the general assembly of the representative body and decision-making body of a church, the authority to represent the church, maintain the order, supervise the religious affairs and worship, supervise the financial affairs and manage the property, etc., and the agency to be in charge of such authority shall be called as the "path association".
