1. The plaintiff (appointed party)'s claim is all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiff (appointed party).

Reasons

1. Basic facts (applicable for recognition: Facts without dispute, Gap's entries into evidence 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 11, 17, Eul's entries into evidence 5 through 10, and 13 through 16, and the purport of the whole pleadings);

A. The defendant is a church established on May 1, 1931 within the general assembly of the Korea Egymnasium (integrated, the Korean Egymnasium).
