1. The defendant shall assist the plaintiff's successor in the Suwon District Court with respect to the real estate stated in the attached list.

1. On February 21, 2018, the Plaintiff’s succeeding intervenor purchased real estate listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff and succeeded to the instant lawsuit after completing the procedure for ownership transfer registration on March 7, 2018.

B. The Plaintiff sought cancellation of provisional registration stated in the separate sheet against the Defendant on the premise that the Plaintiff is the owner of the real estate listed in the separate sheet, but the Plaintiff transferred the above real estate during the proceeding of the instant lawsuit to the Plaintiff’s successor, and thus, the Plaintiff’s claim is dismissed
