A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in daily labor.

1. Around 23:00 on October 19, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim E (the age of 28) who was drinking alcohol on other tables in a cafeteria called “D” located in the Dong-gu, Yannam-gu, Yandong-gu, Yandong-gu, by asking the victim E (the age of 28) for the following reasons: (a) the victim E (the age of 28) who was drinking alcohol in a different table; (b) the victim E (the age of 28) was bleeping the victim E’s drinking water; (c) the victim E’s face was blicked twice with the victim E’s drinking alcohol; (d) the victim G was f(the age of 28); and (e) the victim F and G losses.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (a collective action, deadly weapon, etc.) threatened victims, such as threatening victims by putting them out of the above restaurant by causing damage to the Defendant, and threatening the victim F and the victim G to get out of the restaurant, and threatening them to put them out of the restaurant.
