Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:20 on September 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the Plaintiff’s D (n, 28 years of age), the victim E (n, 29 years of age), and the victim’s E (n, 29 years of age) who took a drinking at the main point of “C” located in Yasan City B; (b) brought about a horse with the victims without permission; and (c) was in a dispute with the victims; (d) had the Defendant’s tabled, sporadled, spodled, and spoke, which are dangerous things at the main point; (b) had the Defendant’s tabled, 32 cm, and 20 cm’s length and 20 cm’s length, and threatened the victims and the victims respectively.

2. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (joint assault) at the same time and at the same place as the above paragraph (1) above, coming beyond the floor by putting the face of the victim D one time to the right hand room, leaving out of the main place, leaving out of the main place, leaving the victim D, leaving the victim D, leaving the victim's walk away from the main place, leaving the defendant's walk, leaving the victim D, leaving the victim D's hand, leaving the victim's hand, leaving the victim's body, leaving the victim D's hand, and leaving the body.
