Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 4, 2019, at around 21:35, the Defendant assaulted her wife in the frontway in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and called “I snicker D et al. to the police station”, “I am fling to the police station”, “I am fling to the police station”, and “I am fling to the police station”, “I am fling to the police officer? I am fling to the face of the police officer, I am head, I am the face of the above police officer, I am flick, and I am am flicked one time at his left face.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.
