Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 11, 2016, at around 21:35, the Defendant: (a) went through a unauthorized crossing on the road in front of Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (b) was under control from D, a slope belonging to the Seoul Gwanak-gu Police Station C District; and (c) took a bath to D, “Chos, finite, finite, finites, and police officers, immediately ever, hick,” and finites D’s work progress, shick up 2:3 times in front of 3 times in front of 100; (c) threatened D’s eye with a stop and kick, and assaulted D, as if he were finited with D’s face.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the maintenance of traffic order.
