Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 22, 2013, at around 00:25, the Defendant assaulted the right shoulder and face part of the above D at one time, respectively, by taking into consideration the following as follows: (a) the Defendant was asked about the circumstances of the instant case from the slope D affiliated with the police box of the Yongcheon Police Station, which was called upon the report of 112 domestic violence; and (b) the Defendant was asked about the instant case from the slope D affiliated with the police box of the Yongcheon Police Station, which was called upon the report of 112 domestic violence.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of police officers' order.
