A Imprisonment for one year, Defendant B’s imprisonment for six months, and Defendant C’s fine for KRW 5,00,000, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Installation and Utilization of Sports Facilities Act;

A. Defendant A and Defendant B are operators of Co., Ltd., and Defendant B is a director of Co., Ltd., who is in charge of the practical business of the Co., Ltd.

In order to operate the motor racing track business, the Mayor/Do governor shall register the motor racing track business.

Nevertheless, on February 18, 2012, the Defendants received KRW 5 million from the representative H of the “G” from the F located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, without registering with the Governor of the Gyeonggi-do, and made the members of the “G” open the I, and made the automobile racing run the automobile racing business.

From that time to June 6, 2014, Defendants conspired to conduct the automobile racing business without being registered with the Gyeonggi-do Governor over 30 times as shown in the attached list 1 of crimes.

B. Defendant C Co., Ltd. is a corporation established for the purpose of automobile protocol in Ansan-si.

A, who is an employee of the defendant, is the above 1-A.

At the time and place specified in paragraph (1), the defendant's business was operated without being registered with the Gyeonggi-do Governor as described in paragraph (1) of the above paragraph.

2. No person who violates the provisions of public property and Commodity Management Act in Defendant A and B shall use or benefit from public property without following the procedures and methods prescribed by other Acts and subordinate statutes;

Nevertheless, around July 2, 2012, the Defendants did not obtain permission for use from Ansan-si, a public property owned by Ansan-si, which is the public property owned by Ansan-si, from the public property of Ansan-si, but (ju) WIF to photograph “J” broadcasts and received KRW 3 million.

The Defendants conspired to use F, which is a public property, without obtaining permission for use from Ansan viewing through 14 times as shown in attached Table 2, from August 2, 2014.
