Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2017, around 20:58, the Defendant driven the BK7 car without the driver’s license from around 10 km to the front road of Chocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, to the front road of the Agricultural Village in the same city.
