A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

On May 8, 2018, at around 9:15, the Defendant driven a B K7 car without obtaining a driver’s license from around about 10km section from the 10km section to the front road of Samsung Bio-ool, which is located in the Gapodong-dong at the Gapo-si, Gapo-si.
