Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 15, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of 04:30% of alcohol during blood transfusion on November 15, 2016 without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle, and CM5 motor vehicle was driven from the Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu to the Nowon-gu’s station located in the offshore to the frontway of Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

2. On November 15, 2016, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act, as the owner of the CM5 car, driving the said car without mandatory insurance at the front of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
