A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On March 23, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 4 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the Young-gu District Court Young-gu District Court Young-gu Branch on March 23, 2012; on May 25, 2012, the same court received a summary order of KRW 5 million for the same crime; on January 31, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 8 months for the same crime; on January 31, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of imprisonment for 2 months; on February 8, 20

1. On March 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) operated a FM5 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.101% while under the influence of alcohol while under the influence of alcohol, without a driver’s license, from around 01:00 to around 100:0; (b) from around 01:00, the Defendant’s front of the Defendant’s lodging house located in the Northwest-gun C of the same military branch; and (c) from around 100 meters to the front of the police box located in the same military branch.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant driven the said FM5 car that was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph 1.
