A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2014, at around 23:35, the Defendant was subject to drinking control from the Daegu Northern Police Station and the Police Officers C belonging to the Police Station in front of the 2nd apartment building located in the Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, and caused the above C to have the knife, which is a dangerous object (the total length of 29cc, 18cc) at the Defendant’s house located in the Daegu North-gu, Daegu-gu, and returned to the control site.

On May 19, 2014, at around 00:15, the Defendant carried a knife on the front side of the dub apartment building located in the du-dong, Daegu Northern-gu, and carried the knife to the above C, who carried the drinking control duty, called “C,” and carried the gabbbro, in one hand, carried the gabro, and then threatened C with the knife as a knife, while taking a bath.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the drinking control of the above C, which is a police officer.
