A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, the prosecution against threat of existence is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

『2018고단4975』 피고인은 2018. 10. 26. 03:30경 대구광역시 북구 B아파트 C호 소재 자신의 주거지 현관문 앞에서 ‘손님이 택시비를 지급하지 않는다’는 취지의 112 신고를 받고 출동한 대구북부경찰서 D지구대 소속 순경 E이 피고인에게 사건 발생 경위에 대해 묻자, 위 현관문 신발장 위에 있던 유리로 된 화분을 들어 위 E을 향해 집어던지고 계속해서 그를 향해 플라스틱 쓰레기통을 발로 찼다.

The defendant of "2019 Highest 519" is the victim F (63 years of age), victim G (n, 65 years of age).

1. Accordingly, the defendant carried a dangerous aluminium stick, which is a dangerous object, and threatened the victim who is his lineal ascendant.

B. On December 24, 2018, the Defendant was injured by a special ascendant, at around 16:50 on December 24, 2018, the victim was in the house of the Defendant.
