Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 17, 2013, at around 22:35, the Defendant: (a) driven C cargo vehicles in front of the 2nd-dong, Daegu Northern District, into a drinking state with blood alcohol level of 0.145%; (b) took a hynasium 45%; and (c) took a hynasium D, the victim of the traffic safety department of the Daegu Northern District Police Station, “I am the police, I am the hynasium, and I am the victim’s public insult before many and unspecified persons, such as the control police officer.”
