A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 17, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compact) at the Incheon District Court on December 17, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 4, 2016.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On January 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) parked in a vehicle that was parked in the vicinity of the D Park located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu D Park; and (b) melted with water and injected into the Defendant’s arms.

B. On March 19, 2017, at around 21:00, the Defendant included the volume of philophones in the toilet for a single-use use in the building in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and melted the water into the Defendant’s arms.

On March 19, 2017, the Defendant kept approximately 0.74 grams, approximately 0.72 grams, approximately 0.72g, approximately 0.66g, approximately 0.40g, approximately 0.20g, approximately 0.06g, approximately 0.06g, approximately 0.12g, and approximately 0.09g, respectively, in G office located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul, and one transparent plastic bags containing approximately 0.84gg, respectively.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he administered philophones, which are a local mental medicine, twice, and possessed approximately 4.5 g of philophones.

2. From March 18, 2017 to around 18:00 to around 18:00, the Defendant, in the vicinity of “J” located in the Yeonsu-gu, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, included the friage of marijuana in pipes and smoked once by attaching a fire.
