A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Seized evidence provided for in subparagraphs 3 and 4 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Incheon District Court on February 9, 2017, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on June 30, 2017.

1. Medications (one philoopon; hereinafter referred to as “philoopon”);

A. On December 2, 2017, the Defendant posted approximately 0.1g of opphones within the previous dwelling space of the Defendant, which was located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C 201, for a single-time use, and melted as water, and injected into the Defendant’s arms.

B. On January 1, 2018, the Defendant posted approximately 0.05g of phiphonephones in the dwelling space of the Defendant in Nam-gu, Incheon, and the first floor, in a single-use injection machine, and melted them into the Defendant’s arms.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On January 10, 2018, at around 19:30, the Defendant inhaled the smoke generated from the burning of marijuana to the pipe made by the gambling site in the toilet located in the residence of the Defendant in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D1.

B. At around 08:00 on February 16, 2018, the Defendant inhaled the pipe made by stuffing in the toilet located in the above Defendant’s residence, and inhaled smoke generated by burning with a fire.

On February 21, 2018, at around 10:00, the Defendant inhaled the pipe created by a gambling ground in the street near the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, by inserting the marithic quantity of marijuana and attaching a fire to inhale the smoke emitted from the burning.

3. On February 22, 2018, the Defendant, at around 22:00, concealed approximately 0.25g of marijuana, which is sealed in a gambling room on the top of the floor at the boundary of the above Defendant’s residence; approximately 15.6g of marijuana contained in a paper envelope in the bend of the bend of the said residence; and approximately 2.84g of marijuana contained in a paper abnormal person under the head of the bend of the bend of the said residence, respectively.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he administered philophones, which are a local mental medicine, twice, smokes marijuana twice, and 18.69g in total.
